66 old with more energy than a kid

The guy is incredible. 66 years old, and he looks like a kid.
Perfect handstand. Perfect 90% leg extension. Perfect foot point. Perfect posture.
Gee… makes you want to learn from this guy. You are so fortunate to have done so.

Since having an appendectomy at age 14 he has not seen a medical
doctor and has not taken any medication whatsoever since age 14.
